Food
Our food, whilst drawing on tastes from around the world, is mostly inspired by Japanese cuisine, culture and philosophy. The freshness and delicacy of our food lends itself to the ritualistic elements of japanese zen cuisine, that displays a meditative approach towards food. Our credence at the Thinkers Balcony is of curiosity and creativity, and the food is a true reverence to this. Our head chef prides himself on his ability to bring to life obscure ingredients, and create harmony between conventionally unpaired ingredients. We want you to feel a sense of excitement, and be taken on a cognitive and culinary journey through your senses. And and all our efforts are in sole dedication to bringing you this experience.
